Important information for private users of TechSupply’s services

As a private user of TechSupply, it is important that you are aware of the following:

  1. The purpose of visiting our website is to learn about our services, submit your CV, view available jobs, apply for a job, or read our news.
  2. To be considered for open positions, you must either apply for a specific job posting or submit your CV to us.
  3. When we receive your CV, you will receive a response within 20 days. We store your application and CV only as long as necessary – but no longer than 6 months from the date of your application.
  4. During the period we process and store your application, your data is kept on an encrypted server.
  5. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent.
  6. It is free of charge to use TechSupply as a private user.
  7. You can at any time request that we delete your data and any information we hold about you by contacting us at +45 77 430 340 or by email at mail@techsupply.dk.

Purpose of using TechSupply.dk

The purpose of visiting our website is to learn about our services, submit your CV, apply for a job, or read our news.

Submitting CVs and applications

As a private user of TechSupply, you can freely submit your CV and application by email to job@techsupply.dk.

You can also apply for listed job advertisements by sending your CV and, if applicable, a cover letter to job@techsupply.dk.

In order to submit your information, you must accept these terms as well as our cookie policy.
If you do not accept, you cannot submit your information.

Sensitive personal data

You are not allowed to enter or otherwise send sensitive personal data concerning religion, sexual orientation, race, political opinions, trade union membership, or health.
If we become aware of such data, it will be deleted without notice.

Your rights

When TechSupply processes your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • You have the right to request deletion of your personal data (however, there may be legal obligations that require us to retain data for a certain period, in which case deletion will occur after that period).
  • You have the right to have any inaccurate data corrected.
  • In some cases, you have the right to restrict processing or to object to our processing of your data.
  • In some cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a commonly used, structured, and machine-readable format.

Storage and deletion of your data

TechSupply stores your data as long as it is relevant, but for no longer than 6 months, or until you request that we delete it.

Your data is stored and protected on an encrypted server.
We protect your personal data during storage using security measures designed to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure.

These measures include data encryption, firewalls, and access authorization controls.

Consent, complaints, and related information

By using TechSupply, you confirm that:

  1. You consent to TechSupply processing the personal data you provide, including your CV and application.
  2. You agree that your data will only be used for internal recruitment within TechSupply and will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent.
  3. You acknowledge that you can file a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 5th floor, 1300 Copenhagen K, Denmark.

  4. You acknowledge that it is voluntary to use TechSupply and to consent to the processing of your personal data.
  5. You are aware that you can contact TechSupply at any time to request information about the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal data.
  6. You are aware that you can request access to your personal data held by TechSupply and that you may object to processing, request correction, deletion, or blocking of inaccurate or misleading data. TechSupply will respond to such requests within one month.
  7. You acknowledge that your personal data will be stored for a maximum of 6 months and that you can at any time request TechSupply to delete it.
  8. You acknowledge that you can withdraw your consent at any time, in which case TechSupply will delete your data.
  9. You consent to TechSupply contacting you by phone or email regarding internal job opportunities after you have submitted your application and CV.

Miscellaneous

TechSupply reserves the right to modify and revise these terms.

Any disputes shall be governed by Danish law and settled by Danish courts.
